We offer express shipping. Orders within Dubai are typically delivered within 24 hours, while international shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the perfume remains in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Do you offer samples or decants?

Currently, we sell full-sized bottles and official discovery sets. We do not offer hand-decanted samples to ensure the integrity and quality of the fragrance remain intact.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the United Arab Emirates.
